The Tracy Channel or Carousel is the scrolling informational channel that is broadcast the majority of the day.  We can create an event slide for any community event.  The Tracy Channel may not run any commercial advertising. To view the Tracy Channel please go to Vast Channel 17/300 or Spectrum/Charter Channel 180. We also broadcast live City Council meetings every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month beginning at 6:30pm on Cablecast.  Meetings are replayed throughout the week and the city also provides additional programming throughout the year. All City Council meetings are also broadcast live on the Tracy Minnesota YouTube Channel.  City Council meetings will also be posted to YouTube for Video on Demand.
