The City of Tracy serves the general public as a Deputy Registrar on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. The City of Tracy Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is not an exam station, and is unable to conduct written or road exams; however, we are pleased to offer all other motor vehicle and driver's license services. 

 

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm on a first come first serve basis. We do not take appointments. Please be sure to wait your turn in the lobby outside our office and have any paperwork filled out ahead of time. Driver's license intake forms are available in the chairs of the lobby at city hall for your convenience.
