Broad Acres

Broad Acres is a city-sponsored housing development located at the corner of Center and Pine streets in Tracy. Currently two "twin homes" have been built by Pipestone Development Company. Two of those units available, one 1,950 square feet and the other 2,259 square feet. Both are two bedrooms and two baths with a two car garage. Two lots are also available for purchase at $25,000 apiece. Lots are zoned residential and available for multi-family or single family homes.
